- The optimal addition to our BBS machines
- The feeding of the bread rolls is connected to the support position of the BBS maschines and starts synchronously with the bread roll cutting machine
- The bread rolls are filled in the storing tank of the feeding of the bread rolls as bulk good and are fed automatically and singly into the BBS machine
- In case of different sorts of bread rolls (e.g. „emperor rolls“) automatic turning takes place, too, so the bread rolls laying on the lower side are delivered to the BBS machine
Anvantages:
- In combination of the feeding of the bread rolls with the BBS machine the bread rolls are automatically delivered from the collecting vessel to the bread roll cutting machine, cut and collected after the bread roll cutting machine in a catchment tank.
- Bread roll cutting without man power requirements
- With regard to the layout in small size the machine can be positioned directly in the sales areas.
- The sales staff is not bound by ancillary activities (slicing bread rolls).
