- Separation of the upper part of the product and the lower part of the product
- The cut products are passed out of the BBS cutting machine on to the split device.
- By means of a rotational header the upper parts of the product are shifted from the lower parts of the product and transported parallely.
- The further transfer of the separated parts of the product can be effectuated on a conveyor or separately into catchment tanks for instance.
