- The cutting machine disposes of a linear conveyor, on which the products are transported and cut on a cutting plate.
- For products to be cut in two directions, cutting takes places in two work steps:
Direction I – turn of the cutting plate through 90° - direction II - Change of the piece size (2 – 24 pieces) is exclusively executed by the machine control, according to this no mechanical re-engineering work is necessary.
- It is possible to adjust different piece sizes for all necessary cutting directions.
- The maximal size of the raw product may be up to 600 x 600mm.
- Adjustment of the piece size is possible in 1 mm steps.
- The machine is manufactured exclusively from food-grade materials.
- The TKSM-L 620 is also deliverable as TKSM-L 420. In this case the maximal product size is 400 x 400mm.
- The desired number and size of the pieces is fed into the machine control.
- The product cut is effected automatically according to the input.
- Only manual turning of the cutting plate after the first cutting direction is required.
