General:
  • Vertical cutting machine for cutting of round products into individual portions
  • OLM – overhead cutter driving system, i.e. all driving elements for the cutter drive as well as for the knife stroke are arranged above the cutting area. Also the control box is above the cutting area.
  • By this construction the machine meets the state-of-the-art hygiene requirements, because unproblematic and effective cleaning is possible.
  • A fully automatic cutting process ensures consistent high quality of cut
  • The cutting machine is equipped with a cutting plate change system "TWS"
                 2 cutting plates are in the cutting position
                 2 cutting plates are in the placement / removal position
  • The cutting and the placing / removing the products can take place simultaneously - therefore, no time loss occurs through product handling"
  • The operator can put two products on the round plate while at the same time two products will cutted
  • The round plates are rotated automatically according to the adjusted number of pieces between the cutting cycles.
  • The change of the number of pieces (2 – 24 pieces) is exclusively executed by the machine control, according to this no mechanical re-engineering work is necessary.
  • The diameter of the products may be up to 380mm.
  • High operator safety by safety light curtain between the cutting area and the placement / removal area -when entering the cutting area it follows an immediate stop of all machine functions
  • Very good ergonomics through the outside of the machine arranged placement position
  • All other parameters as well as optional features are identical to the other TKSM models

Operation:
  • The desired number of the pieces is fed into the machine control.
  • The product cut is effected automatically according to the input.

  • Microprocessor control with 60 programme memory positions for up to 60 different products
  • User-friendly menu navigation
  • Individual storage of the set-up programmes with product names
  • Substantial possibility of adjusting the parameters of the cutting process (cutting rate, temperature of cutter (up to 100°C), number of pieces and others)
