General:
- The OLM machines dispose of a cutter driving system that is positioned above the cutting area.
- This enables to use the machine above any conveyor.
- By means of a pivoted countersupport the cutting machine can be inserted laterally into the desired production line
- Height adjustable upper band for fixing the products during the cutting process
- Manual cutter height adjustment
- Synchronization of the feed rate of the upper band drive to the product line by means of potentiometers
- The machine is manufactured exclusively from food grade materials
- Possible application of the machine on various places of production, because it is displaceable by guide pulleys
Operation:
- Height adjustment of cutter position by means of handwheel
- Indication of adjusted cutter height on a cutter height scale
- Height adjustment of upper band position by means of handwheel
- Indication of adjusted upper band position on a height scale
- Cutting is executed in a through-feed method
