UPSS sugar powder strewing system

• Strewing machine for strewing of powdery strewing products
• The strewing machine is deliverable with conveyor for baking sheets or with conveyor for products (rod netting band)
• The machine is also deliverable without conveyor, thereby it can be used above an external band
• As an option for this strewing system an automatic strewing material feed as well as an automatic refeeding of excessive strewing material is deliverable
• As an option the equipment is also deliverable for exactly positioned strewing of products.

• The strewing process takes place in feedthrough method, i.e. the baking sheets and products respectively are put on the front side of the machine and leave the machine on the backside as strewn ones.
• The strewing intensity is regulated over an continuously adjustable rotation speed control as well as by the passage speed of the products.
• Hereby adaptation for a perfect consistent strewing picture is possible
• The strewing machine disposes of a catchment tank in order to collect excessive strewing material
