- The USS 2 spreaders are equipped with two strewing heads
- The strewing heads can be operated separately or simultaneously
- The strewing heads are subdivided into two types:
- The crumble strewing head is suitable to strewing of crumbles
- The roll strewing head is suitable to many kinds of strewing application because of the application of different strewing rolls
- The type of the desired strewing heads can be freely chosen (Example. 1 strewing head for Crumbles, 1 strewing head for Flax seed and 1 strewing head for Sugar or 1 strewing head for Sesam, 1 strewing head for Flour and 1 strewing head for Almonds)
- By the exchange of the roll strewing head the most various of products can be strewed with one strewing machine
- The USS strewing systems are deliverable with conveyor for baking sheets or with conveyor for products
- The machine is also deliverable without conveyor, thereby it can be used above an external band
Operation:
- The strewing process takes place in feedthrough method, i.e. the baking sheets and products respectively are put on the front side of the machine and leave the machine on the backside as strewn ones.
- The strewing intensity is regulated over a continuously adjustable rotation speed control as well as by the passage speed of the products.
- Hereby adaptation for a perfect consistent strewing picture is possible
- The strewing machine disposes of a catchment tank in order to collect excessive strewing material
