The KRUMBEIN rationell GmbH & Co. KG company was honored this year with the honorary award for the successful company succession at the "9th Gothaer Mittelstandsball" of the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW). Company founder Wolfgang Krumbein passed his life's work to his son Ralf, who successfully manages the Bad Tabarz based company with 52 employees to this day. The products - Krumbein's individualized and innovative technology for the bakery and confectionery field - are now used in over 100 countries worldwide.
Already 2 years ago Ralf Krumbein took over the family business from his father Wolfgang Krumbein. The company's history goes back more than 40 years and still stands for innovative and customer-oriented solutions. The company trade was founded in 1977 and quickly established itself in the food industry. Krumbein not only covers the development, design and manufacture of the machines, but also sells these systems worldwide in the food and bakery industry.
The BVMW- district Chairman and host Otto Eismann underpinned this award with the words: "The Federal Association would like to honor the responsibility for the succession and thus the continued existence of a medium-sized company."
