The universal sprinkling system ensures fast and uniform application of free-flowing, dry topping materials such as granulated sugar, sesame seeds, coconut flakes, and many more. Interchangeable sprinnkling rollers ensure optimal processing of different topping materials. The sprinkling quantity and the sprinkling pattern are infinitely variable. The sprinkling system can be ordered as a variant with belt conveyor or as a variant without belt conveyor. Please feel free to ask us for the respective application.

Universal sprinkling system

Expandable with interchangeable rollers, different topping materials can be processed, from powdered sugar to granules and grains.

Roller sprinkling system with automatic start-stop system

Precise sprinkling from the beginning to the end of the product - an integrated sensor detects the product or baking tray and optimally starts and stops the sprinkling process. The benefit is that application losses are minimized and only minimal cleaning effort is required. An external start signal can be integrated as an option.

Optional: profiled sprinkling rollers

In order to guarantee optimal processing of different topping materials, there are rollers with different profiles.

Roller sprinkling system with simple operation

The sprinkling rate as well as the sprinkling pattern can be easily and quickly adjusted via a digital potentiometer.

Can be integrated into cake production line

The mobile and narrow design of the roller sprinkling system favors its use in a cake production line. The sprinkling system is easy to move and can therefore be used anywhere in production.

Optional: with or without conveyor belt

The USS roller sprinkling system is designed as a single machine equipped with its own belt conveyor. If the sprinkling system is intended to be used in a cake production line, the machine is offered without a belt conveyor.
