Clean Cut. For Every Requirement.

The BBSpro offers two cutting options that can be used depending on the product and requirement:

Full cut: The blade cuts completely through the baked good

Partial cut: A blade fixed on one side only scores the baked good without separating it, as required for example with hotdog rolls

Cutting quality and maintenance:

  • Fast and easy blade change without searching for tools
  • Integrated accessory box directly in the machine

In the parking position, the BBSpro requires just 0.6 m² of floor space. Especially in small and medium-sized bakeries, where every square metre counts, this is a decisive advantage. The machine can be quickly moved aside and does not interfere with ongoing operations.

The matching table trolley with castors is perfectly matched to the BBSpro and makes it a fully mobile solution that can be deployed wherever it is needed.

The BBSpro is sized so that it can be operated, moved and set up by a single person. Mounted on castors, it follows wherever it is needed, without any elaborate preparations being necessary.

More performance through line integration.

The BBSpro is designed from the ground up for integration into existing production lines. It can be linked with other Krumbein machines to form a complete line that covers the entire process from cutting to topping.

The image shows a real-world example: The BBSpro in combination with the FScool 230 becomes the FILIsnack cut´n´cool, a complete all-in-one topping station for the industrial topping of bread rolls and baguettes in high quantities.
