TKSM 600 Multi
The cutting machines for highest quality demands when cutting round as well as square products.
Numerous program options allow the individual configuration of the machines for maximum productivity and perfect results. State-of-the-art drive elements give the TKSM machines high precision and dynamics.
Even in the standard version, the machines can be equipped with a knife cleaning system that wipes the knives dry after a freely adjustable interval, thus removing any contamination. For the use of the machine for cutting creamy products, a hot steam cleaning system is also available as an option.
The universal solution for cutting round and square products
OLM: Top-mounted knife drive system
All drive elements for the knife drive and knife stroke are located above the cutting area. The electrical control box is also located above the cutting area.
Hygiene
Due to its design, the machine meets the most modern hygiene requirements as cleaning is possible without any problems and effectively. The machine is manufactured exclusively from food-approved materials.
Round plate mechanism
The cutting machine has two round plates on which the products are placed for the cutting process. The round plates are automatically rotated according to the set number of pieces between the cutting cycles. The diameter of the round products can be up to 300mm.
Modular Design
For use as a linear cutting machine, the linear table is inserted into the machine. The machine operator can convert the machine to the respective variant in approx. 2 minutes without technical accessories. In linear cutting, the products are transported and cut on a cutting plate.
Linear or round
The machine control automatically recognizes the corresponding variant (round or linear). The number of pieces (round) and the size of the pieces (angular) can be changed exclusively via the machine control system; accordingly, no mechanical conversion work is required.
Raw product size
The maximum raw product size is 600 x 600mm. The TKSM 600 Multi is also available as TKSM-R+L 820 OLM for products up to 800 x 800mm.
Operating
- The desired number of pieces (round products) or the desired number and size of pieces (square products) is entered into the machine control.
